The 2019 PovCon is hosted by the Saint Paul School of Professional Studies (SPSPS), Campetic Palo, Leyte. The plenary sessions will be held in the Mary Ngo Auditorium, which was just inaugurated February of 2019.
The venue for the plenary talks is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 500 guests. At least ten rooms were prepared for the break-out sessions under each paper category. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with LCD projectors for presenters.
