  • Abstracts/short film synopsis submission Deadline: (31st July 2019) EXTENDED until August 15, 2019
  • Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 3 days
  • Notification of Acceptance (or some recommendations to authors): (August 9, 2019) Moved to 15 to 20th August 2019 (others may be earlier depending on the reviewers’ pace)
  • Submission of full paper (competing paper), poster & short film/audio-video documentaries (1-2 min teaser): 4th September 2019
  • Final conference registration for all presenters: 4th  September 2019
  • Submission of full short film/documentary: 24th  September 2019
  • Full paper submission for Publication in the CDRJ or JAR: 20th December 2018
